Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:
Want to work for the #1 Customer Experience Center in the Omaha Metro Area? The H+H Group is adding an Appointment Coordinator to our Team! Earning potential of $50,000+! You will be working in a fun and positive environment while handling incoming sales inquiries (phone and email) for our dealerships. (Pay – $15.00 hourly rate plus an earning potential from BIG bonuses equaling $50,000 + per year).
- Communicating with Customers that inquire online about specific vehicles (via text, phone, or email).
- Setting reservations for Customers to visit our dealerships.
- Updating Customer information as needed.
- Communicating effectively with our sales department staff.
Rotating Shift: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm and every third Saturday.
Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:
- At least 1 year of general business experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- Great computer/technology skills.
- Punctuality with minimal absences.
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail oriented.
