Description
City of Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department is looking for talented instructors / teachers to lead Arts & Crafts classes at the Community Arts Center. We currently have space for classes on Thursday evening and Saturday morning and are looking for instructors in the following areas:
- Art Classes (child and adult)
- Sign Language Classes (child and adult)
- Crochet Classes (child and adult)
- Cake / Cookie Decorating (child and adult)
- Cricut Projects (adult)

Classes will be dependent on enrollment.

Instructors will be responsible for the following:
- Create, plan and deliver engaging and appropriate lesson plans under the direction of the Arts & Education Programmer.
- Creating supply lists and manage inventory.
- Set-up and clean-up of classroom / teaching space.
- Assist with program recruitment.
Typical Qualifications
Typical Qualifications:
Teaching experience is requested.
Knowledge and experience in the class subject.
Must possess effective oral and written communications skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
