Pay Rate: $60,000 and up plus Profit Sharing
What you’ll be doing
- Protect People. Design and drive strategies to facilitate a safe and secure environment, including leading through crisis situations
- Protect Product. Prevent, investigate and resolve internal and external theft and fraud, including apprehending people who attempt to cause loss
- Partner Educate and support sales team on identifying and deterring potential theft, fraud, and safety issues
- Innovate.Develop cutting edge shortage mitigation programs, including working with state-of-the-art tech
- Develop. Train and grow AP team members to elevate their skills and contribution to the Company

- Success 2+ years’ experience leading Retail Assets Protection/Loss Prevention departments
- Managed. 6+ direct reports while positively engaging associates often
- Initiative Recommend and implement new ways to solve theft and safety challenges
- Dynamic. Keep ahead of ever-changing AP/social landscape
- Detail. Leverage data, e.g., shrink research, exception reports, retail schedules

We’re an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We sell this inventory in our well-known, local retail store (10,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week).
We’ll process over 1M unique SKUs each year arriving in 40-60 trailer loads per week. The variety is amazing ranging from consumer items (clothing, laptops, designer pursues) to commercial (rooftop air conditioners, restaurant ovens, airplane parts).
