1. Supervise all Pool Staff and operations related to the smooth operation of the swimming pool.
2. Be responsible for the public relations of the pool.
   1. Enforce the participants’ conduct rules and regulations
   2. Courteous treatment of all patrons is required at all times.
   3. Enforce decisions of Assistant Manager, Head Lifeguard, or Lifeguards in the case of suspensions of participants and keep such incidents on file.
   4. Contact Assistant Athletic Director, Superintendent of Recreation or Director in case of emergency.
3. Maintain the pool deck, pump room, assist in cleaning dressing rooms, and vacuuming the pool.
4. Keep accurate records of maintenance requests, daily pool chemical checks and accident reports.
5. Administer first aid to the injured and complete accident book and form, contact the Statesville Recreation & Parks Department immediately following all severe accidents. All other accidents should be reported in writing within 24 hours.
6. Be responsible for the weekly scheduling of all pool employees. Not to exceed budgeted hours.
7. Help with special programs, event or rentals scheduled at pool.
