Role: Assistant Construction Superintendent
Primary Objective: Assist the site superintendent execute the project/job plan (i.e. “Boots on the ground”)
Accountability Chart Roles:
-Maintain site presence when and where needed between two active construction sites.
-Assist in maintaining a clean and organized site at both locations.
-Assist in general tasks and duties of the site superintendent.
-Keep accurate logs of time & personnel in relation to daily work performed.
-Typical hours are from 8:00AM-4:00pm Monday-Friday (Late days, Early mornings as case by case may dictate)
-Maintain high standards of safety and conduct
-This position will answer directly to the Site Superintendent
Requirements:
-Ability to safely operate basic machinery (Skid steer, Telehandler)
-Basic construction knowledge
-Minimum 2 years construction experience
-Reliable daily transportation
-This is an indoor/outdoor all-weather position
