Assistant Contracts Reporting Manager

Arcadis seeks an Assistant Contracts Reporting Manager to join the team in Los Angeles to support project administration activities under the supervision of the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and Project team for a highway construction project including support of change control procedures, pay application processing, and coordination with interfacing departments among other contract administration tasks as assigned.

Role description:

This on-site position is directly responsible for administration of construction contracts and reviews the work of contractors, and third parties in accordance with the terms and conditions of applicable contracts and documents.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of contract documents and post-award contract administration including monitoring contract compliance, preparation of modifications/change orders, and preparation of reports and other correspondence
  • Interface with contractors and agency personnel
  • Assist with the development and production of project reports.
  • Coordinate with personnel at all levels within the Project organization.
  • Perform other related work and duties

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience developing and managing contract administration.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience managing business relationships at senior management level,
  • Theories, principles, and practices of public procurement, supply chain management, contract administration, and/or practice of public agencies
  • Applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and policies pertaining to public procurement.
  • Theories, principles, and practices of project management
  • Applicable business software applications
  • Communicating effectively both orally and in writing
  • Think and act independently.

We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $103,000 – $128,000.
