Job Summary:
This position is responsible for typical Front Office duties such as answering telephone calls, responding to e-mails greeting guests, delivering packages, & coordination of vendors. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate with strong organization skills and interest in hotel management to get more experience with the skills of front office management.

- The expected range is $41,600 – $54,460
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting (Reconciliation of invoices, Owner billing, Generation of general ledgers, Review of monthly HOA financials, Review of monthly owner statements, and assisting in the development of HOA budgets)
- Inventory Management / Purchasing
- Reservations (Both owner and owner guest stays, as well as Rental guests)
- Sales & Marketing & Revenue Management (Site tours, Participation in weekly Revenue Management meetings & generation of color brochures via Adobe In Design)
- Solicitation of new owners, Weekly inspections, Coordination of Housekeeping & Engineering & some Concierge duties
- Inspections, coordination of vendors, compliance, Annual and Board of Directors’ Meeting prep
- Database and Appointment Management
- Perform all other duties assigned by manager
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- At least one year experience in a hotel front office role in a property of similar size and quality
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong guest service experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
Preferred:
- Experience with LMS
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Completion of The Community Association Institute’s M-100 class & / or their CMCA Program
The expected pay range is $41,600 – $54,460. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
