What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assists Regional Sales Manager in managing all facets of Lottery sales for the assigned Region.
  • Assists Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and increasing sales.
  • Assists Regional Sales Manager in maintaining day-to-day operations of the Regional Sales Office.
  • Supervises and evaluates Lottery Ticket Sales Representative 2s.
  • Oversees the training provided by Lottery Ticket Sales Representative 2s to new Sales Representatives and retailers.
  • Oversees special projects completed by the Lottery Ticket Sales Representative 2s.
  • Promotes positive and cohesive teamwork among Regional Sales staff.
  • Implements promotional activities in the Region to increase sales.
  • Maintains and strengthens business relationships with the regional retailer base.
  • Ensures excellent customer service is provided to players and resolves escalated problems.
  • Supports Regional Sales Manager in ensuring coverage of regional sales routes by Sales Representatives.
  • Reviews and analyzes various sales reports and provides input.
  • Assists Regional Sales Manager with overseeing the regional vehicle fleet.
  • Learns to use and becomes proficient in various software applications used by the Office of Sales.
  • Serves as the Regional Sales Manager in his/her absence.
  • Performs other duties and works on special projects.

Qualifications
6 months experience as Lottery Ticket Sales Representative 2, 64582; registered notary public; valid driver’s license; must be able to provide own transportation.

-Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration to include coursework in marketing (e.g., marketing research, sales promotion, sales management, advertising, consumer behavior & research, retail management); 3 months training or 3 months experience in employee training & development; 3 months training or 3 months experience in operation of personal computer; 6 months training or 6 months experience in public relations; 1 course or 3 months experience in accounting; registered notary public; valid driver’s license; must be able to provide own transportation.
