Assoc Manager, Agency Partnerships

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Agency Partnerships, the Analyst of Agency Partnerships is responsible for the data analysis and reporting of all PBNA Creative Agency scopes of work and production costs. This role will track all agency and production costs, enter SOW details into Decideware, and be responsible for generating reports to improve PBNA’s management of these costs. This role will help streamline the SOW process and assist the Director in training Brands, Divisions and Customer teams on the new SOW process.

Responsibilities

  • Own the data for agency and production spend at PBNA; internal systems expert (Decideware, etc.)
  • Track all agency fees and production costs, leveraging Decideware and other systems as needed
  • Generate monthly, annual and adhoc reports for use by PBNA to better understand agency and production spend
  • Analyze scopes of work (SOWs) to help PBNA better understand average rates for all types of marketing-related work, including strategy, creative development, production, community management, etc
  • Assist the Director in improving the SOW process to reduce administrative time/fees and increase focus on elevating creative excellence
  • Draft and review training materials for marketing teams on the SOW process.
  • Own the data collection and tracking PBNA progress against REJ progess on an annual basis
  • Backfill for responding and address agency agreements and SOW review on a daily basis
  • Manage and lead the agency review process and data sharing exercises

Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 – $135,600
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience working with creative agencies.
  • Experience with Decideware or similar platform.
  • Intermediate understanding of creative agency team roles and rates.
  • Basic understanding of production costs and rates.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with a desire to innovate and improve existing processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong client facing/interpersonal and written skills. Interacts directly with brand clients.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong ability to analyze and visualize data and pull out trends and other insights that might help PBNA and agency partners better manage costs.
