Enterprise Technology (ET) seeks to hire an Associate Project Manager IT. The Associate Project Manager IT works closely with the project management team is mentored by an assigned senior staff member to gain working knowledge and experience in project management, and leads small to medium-sized projects.

Working Environment
- Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate-controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking. Visual acuity and manual dexterity associated with daily use of desktop computer; bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience; 1 of which are in project management, or any equivalent combination of experience and /or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Essential Duties
- Manage and oversee the operational and tactical aspects of multiple small and medium-scale telecom, WAN/LAN, and wireless infrastructure projects through all project domains of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and close-out.
- Responsible for deliverables across projects for adherence to budget, time, and resource requirements; identifies out-of-scope and/or other obstacles to the successful achievement of the objective(s).
- Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with the established methodology to ensure successful execution of engagements as measured by goals and customer satisfaction.
- Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects.
- Responsible for project administration, project status reporting, and achieving goals set for projects.
- Serve as a key participant in team and functional meetings.
- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of planning, production, and implementation of network refresh and replace.
- Review the status reports of team members across projects to address issues as appropriate.
- Confront issues openly and quickly; utilizes tactful communication of sensitive information.
- Manage the project schedule, ensuring project tasks align with overall program goals, milestones, and objectives.
- Take responsibility for fostering culture, advancing our values, and championing engagement in all forms — collaborating across our teams and participating in ET/ASU events and programs.
