The Allied Brands Associate Sales Manager will lead and manage select allied partnerships on behalf of PBNA (PepsiCo Beverages North America). The mission of the Allied Brand team is to drive growth and revenue across partner brands by extending the PBNA portfolio with unique brands that unlock incremental category segments. We do this by delivering best-in-class partnership support, strategic leadership and superior execution that drives brand success within PBNA. Key brands such as Ocean Spray, VOSS, Bundaberg, Fruit Shoot, and Cheerwine strengthen PepsiCo’s total LRB portfolio by unlocking growth in emerging ans scalable categories.
Responsibilities
Working on the Allied Brand team presents a unique opportunity to gain general manager experience by offering exposure to both, PepsiCo senior executives and partnership C-Suite leadership. In thie role, you will develop the skills required to influence and negotiate with partners to impact short and long-term strategic brand agendas. Allied Brand team members gain exposure and knowledge to a broad array of functional expertise – including supply chain, legal, finance, revenue management, CCO, strategy, PepsiCo brand and Division teams in driving innovation and execution metrics.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Actively participate in the communications between Allied Brand/PepsiCo leadership and C-Suite leaders of partner brands
- Recommend opportunities to influence the partner brand agenda through the development of AOP and the long-term strategic plans for the Allied Brand portfolio
- Act as a representive for the Allied Brands Team to parnters, while managing the business internally across functions (sales, finance, strategy, supply chain, legal, etc.)
- Analyze category and brand performance to unlock package, price or product opportunities to drive incremental volume
- Lead the commercialization/communication process for allied brands on innovation, package optimization and promotions including IMS development, sell decks, Sightline, Period Priorities, etc.
- Partner with Division and Customer leads to drive flawless execution of the brands and field programming
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000- $135,600 based on a full-time schedule
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out Annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience; Customer or Field Sales preferred
- Excellent client relationship skills, including senior leader stakeholder management and interaction-up to C-suite levels
- Exceptional leadership and communication/presentation skills to delivery compelling stories
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver plans
- Experienced with influencing, persuading and building consensus in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information
- Experience working with IRI/ERT/Essbase
- Must be willing and able to travel 10-15% of the time
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
