We are looking for an Associate Account Director to join our high energy team for one of our large tech clients. As an Associate Account Director, you will be responsible for performing all operational duties, including, but not limited to managing and communicating media campaign timelines, managing the delivery of assets (video, audio, image, text), obtaining and routing legal approval for content used in paid media, and managing the localization of text assets for use in non English markets. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who jumps on new opportunities, gets nerdy about what they do, and works quickly and flexibly to get the job done.
In addition to managing the day to day campaign operations, this position also interacts directly with go-to-market leads, media leads, finance, legal, and media agencies. You will be plugged into all brand driving campaigns and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our intended audiences and users see the right message.
Duration: 5 month engagement (June 2023 – October 2023) with full-time benefits during the period of employment.
Hours of Work:Flexible location in the United States, but required to work PST hours
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the lead for all media operations on US campaigns and evergreen strategies to drive marketing goals that can include, but are not limited to: awareness, consideration, viewership and tune-in for the Brand and its products.
- Track required delivery dates of campaign components (e.g., targeting definitions, creative elements, legal approvals)
- Flag any missing components that jeopardize launch dates, and work with the appropriate teams to track down the missing components
- Review campaigns for compatibility within the policy guidelines and concurrently running campaigns. Work with client contacts to resolve any conflicts
- Confirm campaigns launch on time and as specified by client. Flag any unexpected results for review by client.
- Provide weekly basic campaign performance analysis (click-through rates, conversion rates) for recently launched and ended campaigns.
- Maintain a master calendar of all marketing-driven campaigns.
- Manage constantly changing project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, proactively communicating updates across teams.
- Serve as the main lead and client point-of-contact on certain projects
Who we’re looking for:
- College degree and 6+ years of experience in an account or project management role, working closely with cross functional teams and clients
- Experience in marketing campaign execution (e.g. media, email) and understanding of performance metrics
- Comfortable working in a fast paced client side or agency marketing team with an understanding of the fundamentals of marketing practices and principles
- Project timeline development and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment, navigating uncertainty and prioritizing when needed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as well independently as within a team
- Creative agency experience a plus
- High energy and go-getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously
- Proficient in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, run with ambiguity, and thrive with challenges
- Sense of humor and strong team orientation
- Need someone with a high attention to detail and eager to learn
- BA/BS degree
SalaryRange : The Annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 USD – $125,000.00 USD
