Dentsu Creative is looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to help us develop and articulate big ideas for one of the agency’s largest accounts, a global leader in premium spirits. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes art and design, is ultra-collaborative, and has Swiss Army Knife-like ability when it comes to concepting campaigns with Industrial, Graphic, and Environmental Design elements. You have a healthy appreciation for idea making, strategizing, understanding a client’s business, and bringing things to life. You will report to a Creative Director, working on developing campaigns. You will manage a team and projects across our client’s portfolio of brands. This role is fully remote, with much of the team based in Atlanta, GA.
Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conceptually ideate for integrated campaigns across live experiences
• Creating sketches, mood boards, layouts, POS, presentations, and 2D and 3D renders
• Collaborating on all design output as it relates to specific briefs
• Contributing new ideas and creative design solutions to solve brand challenges
• Working with creative and event production teams to ensure elevated output of all deliverables
• Campaign level creative concepting
• Solving brand challenges
• Strategic lens, delivering on clever big ideas
• Work with our client’s brands including Captain Morgan, Smirnoff, Jonny Walker, Ketel One and others
Qualifications
REQUIRED Experience:
• Strategic conceptual creative direction experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in art direction, experiential design, 2D and 3D design.
• Experience in event, industrial, or architectural design
• Experience managing teams and managing projects
• Experience leading integrated multi-channel level experiences for live events/experiential and retail experiences
• PowerPoint deck design and writing experience
• Must have experience and show examples of translating and presenting concepts in dimensional format (whether it’s 3D software or high-level Adobe Photoshop renders).
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience presenting to clients and leadership teams.
• Comfortable working in spirits beverage category
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000-$135,000/year.
