HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
This entry-level position is responsible for identifying and notifying businesses who are non-filers and under-reporters. Duties also include resolving taxpayer inquiries. Department of Revenue offers many professional development opportunities and a generous benefits package.
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
• Identify and notify businesses of their non-filing or under-reporting status.
• Resolve taxpayer inquiries via telephone, walk-ins, e-mails, and correspondence

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency
- Experience in clerical or related work, with a strong familiarity and commitment to customer service.
- Experience with data entry
- Reliable and motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accurately handle a high volume of calls
