Right now, we’re looking for an ace Associate Media Director – someone who can take the reins for the Media department, own key accounts and develop strong bonds with clients and internal teams alike. Sound like you? Read on.

What you’ll do:

You’ll play an instrumental, game-shaping role in developing strategic media and implementing a wide variety of innovative tactics to grow our clients’ business.

Day to day, your role includes:

  • Oversee the development of paid media strategy, activation, and measurement and ensure that the work is strategically aligned and on brief.
  • Continue to optimize ways of working including evaluating processes and collaboration tools to enable quick and nimble campaign execution while ensuring limited errors
  • Act as the client lead for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding of their unique business goals and objectives to build trust
  • Collaborate with activation and analytics teams to ensure the flawless execution of media campaigns, inclusive of budget management, partner selection and ad placements
  • Providing thoughtful feedback to direct reports, using performance evaluation and internal process improvement to develop and motivate talent
  • Smartly manage revenue and program budgets to ensure necessary and optimal resourcing
  • Playing a key role in spotting, mitigating, and resolving issues with the client team
  • Maintain and improve the success of publisher relationships
  • Utilize data to make data-drive decisions and performance optimizations to improve upon client’s campaigns

Qualifications

We’re looking for a stellar Associate Media Director who is also a delight to work with, which usually includes:

  • A four-year college education and seven to nine years of media planning experience – including at least two years of digital/interactive experience and two years of media supervisory experience within an agency
  • An exceptional grasp on media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis and an impressive understanding of the digital environment – you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it
  • Proven experience in retail media network management, or e-commerce.
  • Client-focused with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stellar communication skills: You’re articulate, poised, straightforward – and, above all, you’re thoughtful & kind
  • Strong project management and performance management skills – you are crystal clear when it comes to delegating and providing feedback
  • Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas

“Compensation Range: $110,000 – $144,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
