Vacation: Paid Vacation accrues at 10 hours of vacation per month – up to 15 days / 120 hours annually.

Responsibilities
Clinical Quality
• Complete weekly and monthly quality assurance processes (DA/TP Reports, Consent QA).
• Assist in Quality Assurance projects as needed
• Manage the Agency’s Peer Review Process
• Attend and lead Quality Assurance Team Meetings
• Lead QAT agenda and facilitate meeting
• Oversight of Incident and Grievance logs and work with Chief Operating Officer to manage process and next steps.
• Lead compliance with licensing, waivers, uniform standards, etc. by ensuring QA reports are tracking, forms are updated, identify training needs, update policy and statues as needed.
• Lead annual review of policies and procedures.
Data Privacy
• Monitor updates to HIPAA, MN State Statutes, and other data privacy requirements.
• Provide communication, review/update policies and procedures, and manage training materials related to data privacy.
• Support breach reporting process
• Attend Privacy/Security Meetings and complete projects as assigned.
• Facilitate Privacy/Security agenda and meetings
Medical Records
• Oversight and accountability for the Medical Records team.
• Provide coverage/back up to Medical Records
• Review information requests to determine what can be released based on safety, the parameters of the release, and data privacy requirements.
• Review outgoing records for quality and compliance as needed
• Assist in agency preparation for audits and site visit
• Provide direction and guidance to Medical Records Team and Quality and Compliance Supervisor.
Psychiatry
• Provide coverage/back up to Psychiatry
• Psychiatry Quality Assurance (e.g., review psychiatry reports with coordinator to ensure scheduling, discharges, etc. are being done in a timely manner
• Oversee Psychiatry grievances
• Accountability to Psychiatry fill rate, budget and contract compliance
Intake
• Oversight and accountability of the Intake Department
• Provide oversight and direction to Intake Supervisor and Intake Coordinators
• Support team in meeting annual goals and support leadership team in meeting strategic goals
• Engage in monthly consultation group for the Intake team with clinical partnership.
Other Duties
SharePoint/Process Improvement
• Help manage current SharePoint processes and assist with other process improvement projects and training materials under Associate Director of Compliance and Quality’s programs (Psychiatry, Medical Records, EHR, Compliance, Policies and Procedures)
• Complete process improvement projects as assigned.
Teamwork and Cooperation
• This role is expected to participate in and contribute to other Agency teams and meetings as needed:
• Participate in required internal meetings related to job duties.
• Participate in external meetings with the county, state, or health plans as needed.
• Meet regularly with the Chief Operating Office and Chief Clinical officer.
• Build relationships and engaging within the Washburn Center community
$75,000 – $85,000 a year
Qualifications
-Master’s degree in psychology, social work, clinical counseling, or marriage and family therapy (Required)
-3+ years of experience providing mental health services to children and families (Desired)
-Valid MN independent licensure as a mental health professional (Desired)

Washburn Center for Children (WCC) maintains a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan that mitigates the transmission and spread of COVID-19 to ensure the safety of staff, clients, residents, and community members.
