We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.
About The Role:
As an Associate Director, you will manage Paid Media professionals and will report to the Director of Paid Media. You will support your team on paid media strategies for high-growth B2B SaaS and Tech companies. This role will involve pace-setting management, constant collaboration across multiple departments, people management, and crucial client-facing moments.
Client travel will be required in this role!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Account Strategists and Account Specialists
- Develop relationships with client contacts across your team’s accounts
- Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Act as strategy support and goal alignment for team and accounts
- Uphold a healthy direct margin within your pod by reducing churn and improving client & team retention
- Ensure your team gets to proper utilization in a timely manner
- Ensure team is meeting/exceeding their revenue goals
- Oversee productivity and utilization of your team
- Monthly Growth Audits to identify and assign growth strategies for each client
- Work directly with a Paid Media Director to ensure the department’s operational vision is being executed and ensure internal and client goals are being achieved
- Own the performance management process for Account Strategists
- Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed
What You Offer
- 5-8+ years of experience in paid media
- 2-3+ years of experience in managing teams
- Proven expertise across multiple paid media channels (search, social, programmatic, etc.)
- Experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Linear TV, Terrestrial Radio and The Trade Desk are a major plus
- Proven and measurable success within multi-channel paid media strategies

- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.
