Salary: $145- 155k/Per Annum

Job Role / Title: Operation Lead

Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Work Mode: 100 % Onsite

Job Description:

  1. Experience in Voice/Video/Internet cable MSO technologies like IP Multimedia subsystems (IMS), video operations, Open exchange, Straight-up Prepaid Internet Services and/or provisioning Set-Top-Boxes and Cable Modems to interact with back office for Video streaming, HSD, IDM and VOIP.
  2. Experience in OSS/BSS components like ICOMS/Vision/Order Provisioning platforms, etc.
  3. Domain knowledge on CMTS, MoCA 2.0 and DOCSIS3.0 technologies.
  4. Lead team of 4-5 support team members and Ensure all SLA are met.
  5. Stakeholder reporting, Process optimization
  6. Exchange email platform experience is mandatory.
  7. Telecommunications experience is mandatory.
  8. Work toward resolution of Remedy tickets.
  9. Collaborate with Internal to Cox and External Third-Party vendors for resolution of Remedy tickets.
  10. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured Documents/ MOP to use as reference to address the Tickets.
  11. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate tickets resolution activities.
  12. Develop and apply tickets resolution processes.
  13. Discussion with stakeholders to understand their risks, issues, mitigation plans and documenting them.
  14. Responsible for Stakeholder Reporting and Delivery Quality
  15. Schedule meetings and follow up with Tasks and Activities with project resources.
  16. Provide up to date status and follow current escalation process.
