As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading a team in the design and development of various initiatives. You must have experience leading large cross-organizational projects and have a well-rounded background in operations and contract management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership and facilitate cross team partnership for management and implementation of Managed Information Services and related maintenance and As A Service contracts.
- Partner with application owners and operational teams to drive, track and report cost reduction efforts associated with ATS Transformation and Optimization efforts.
- Partner with Vendor Management, Operational and Global Supply Chain teams to implement governance structure and processes supporting managed services, maintenance and As A Service contracts.
- Lead the implementation and facilitation of process and procedures to validate monthly managed services, maintenance and As A Service invoices
- Lead the development on annual operational budgets and reporting of monthly actuals against plans
- Review business process and technical solution designs to help ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in working in Operational, Finance or Contract Management organizations.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity – coaching and mentoring operational or contract teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex operational and contract information in a clear manner to peers, operational teams, and senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in working with or within Operational organizations
- 4+ years of experience in working with Managed Services contracts
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business Management or Finance.
