Working as part of a team, the Associate, Domestic Co-Brand Sales will be responsible for driving acquisitions growth within the United Employee channels. They will be assigned to a United HUB and region and will build relationships with Flight Attendants, Airport Agents, Club Agents and airport leadership to achieve their regions’ goals. They will interact with the airport team daily instructing them on the bank co-brand cards program, helping maintain compliance and driving participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting base visits with airport teams to encourage increased participation among employees and drive account volumes. During these visits they will talk to employees about the co-brand cards program and answer any questions about promotions and incentives.
- Working with their manager to develop tools to track program performance of their base and region that drives account growth including: interactive signs for the airport, reports for airport leadership, and weekly/monthly check in meetings with senior leaders in Mileage Plus and the airport to discuss trends.
- Managing program compliance and collateral within their region to ensure teams have all of the appropriate materials to promote the co-brand cards
- Ensuring airport employees and Flight Attendants are leveraging approved scripts to promote the cards
- Working with leadership or supervisors in the airport to resolve any open concern from our bank partner regarding compliance issues
NOTE: This position will be onsite at Los Angeles International (LAX) Airport 5 days per week with varying hours to support events and meet with operational employees which may include early mornings and late evenings on occasion. Project based weekend events may occur. Willingness to travel two to three days per month will be required with occasional overnight trips.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High-school diploma
- 1 to 3 years experience within sales, marketing or loyalty
- English oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Demonstrated sales and marketing knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- AA/BA/BS
- 3+ years experience within sales, marketing or loyalty
- Prior flight Attendant or Airport Operations Experience
- Sales, marketing or finance experience within the airline business
The salary for this position is $64,500 to $79,310, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule. Bonus eligible: yes.
