Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Product and Solutions, this position will lead and provide oversight and coordination across various projects, products, and other initiatives across the Product and Solutions organization.
This individual must exhibit leadership skills such as the ability to partner, lead, influence, and listen. The ideal candidate is results driven, able to learn quickly, and willing to support a variety of support areas.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business owners and assigned project managers to represent a holistic view of initiatives across the Product and Solutions organization, including list of projects, status, and the upcoming deliverables.
- Own specific initiatives and programs including developing the scope, deliverables, defining required resources, as well as developing the plan, budget, as well as timing and execution of the program.
- Development of reports to report progress; responsible to identify watch areas, risks, and opportunities within initiatives across the department.
- Support of clear and defined practices in representation of the Product and Solutions organization, including change management.
- Lead targeted meeting series tied to educating stakeholders as well as team meetings to drive updates and employee engagement.
- Other responsibilities as assigned to support and advance the Product and Solutions team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; insurance experience preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institute required.
- Accountable with proven ability to deliver results; willingness to jump in, own work and make meaningful progress.
- Strong relationship building with peers and matrix partners.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to innovate and willingness to essay and learn.
