In the Associate, Media Planning & Strategy position, you will provide support to the day-to-day Planning and Strategy team on key global accounts. This role is key in developing paid media strategies across all channels, with the goal of increasing customer base and driving action throughout the consumer journey. You will partner with client managers and the day-to-day team to ensure flawless execution of the business. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, strategic-minded go-getter who can help manage an account while identifying business/media insights and seeing them through to action. Sound like you? What you’ll do:
- Support daily and weekly client interaction; participating in client calls and in-person meetings to handle one off requests/questions and to share campaign performance details
- Be the Internal champion for our client’s goals, coordinating closely with the Activation & Investment teams who are responsible for implementing campaign optimizations and improving performance
- Coordinate campaign strategies and partner closely with client teams at Facebook/Instagram, Google, Twitter, Amazon, Snapchat, Pinterest and other platforms
- Coordinate campaign logistics to ensure flawless execution
- Understand the full spectrum of services that MediaMonks offers and be able to grow client engagements in a thoughtful and consultative way
- Analyze data, craft insights, and make recommendations internally and externally
- Brainstorming and implementing new ways to optimize client and business workflows

What we need of you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a behavioral science field
- 0-2 years’ experience in integrated planning and account management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong level of comfort presenting to internal stakeholders and clients
- High attention to detail, demonstrated through actions such as effectively proofing own and others’ work to ensure accuracy/thoroughness
- Ability to service a fast-paced, continually-evolving client by effectively managing timelines and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in current media landscape and ability to identify/surface relevant trends
- Some working knowledge of Programmatic (DV360 preferred) and major Social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit)

- New York City* $55,000-$65,000
