Job Description
The Associate Project Leader’s responsibilities include:
- Understand and support team’s financial management, demonstrating complete understanding internal and client billing processes (including varying client billing requirements and implications)
- Provide holistic project support across multiple projects and/or books of business with varying timelines and budgets
- Provide back-up support for Project Leadership team members as needed
- Understand, implement, and adapt to process changes agency processes and tools
- Build an understanding and knowledge base of Saatchi and Saatchi X capabilities and standard omni-channel marketing projects
- Develop collaborative internal relationships across all functions and departments
- Partner with PL team to support facilitating the creation of internal budgets and estimates including agency fees and outside costs
- Understand the Saatchi & Saatchi X workflow and timing to better implement process and create project work plans
- Assist in acquisition of client assets, equity files, stock photography, translations, and similar needs for projects and provide to team to facilitate the work
- Aid PL team in management of deliverables and processes for photo shoots, video shoots, voiceover recording, editing, etc.
- Support management of all areas of timelines and deliverables with Project Leadership-owned vendors including Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work
- Maintain a thorough documentation of communication, timing, and attachments for all projects in proper systems throughout the life of the job

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- 1-3 years agency experience or has demonstrated the knowledge base and skill sets of duties and responsibilities as described above.
- Demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Word, etc.)
- Possess strong process and operational attributes
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in self-sufficient manner with minimal supervision, organized, Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Demonstrate personal accountability

Compensation Range: 46,500-$60,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
