Job Description
The Associate Project Manager, Events supports Postal users across multiple areas: product, vendor operations and customer experience. This person serves as an intermediary and collaborator between Postal’s vendors and Postal’s customers. They will partner with the Project Manager to leverage expertise across the organization, all focused on supporting the Events Marketplace within Postal.
This is a temporary, full time role for immediate hire, with an expected duration of 4-5 months.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively serve a portfolio of current customers so that they may achieve positive business outcomes via Postal Events
- Drive program engagement to help customers become power users
- Master Postal technology and educate prospective users and current users on Postal products and programs to enable best business practices in a competitive landscape
- Welcome new vendors by conducting onboarding sessions for individual vendors and/or their teams
- Manage listings throughout the onboarding process
- Work with the Events Project Manager to proactively to identify customers needs and develop solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to marketing, Postal tools, technology/devices, enterprise systems, etc
Qualifications
- You have 1-2 years previous experience in planning virtual events, client success or client relationship management
- You are passionate about events and genuinely interested in helping others create authentic connections and experiences virtually
- You possess a real interest for serving customers trying to grow their businesses via virtual events and experiences
- You have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills
- You have strong problem solving and analytical skills; quickly formulates solutions that deliver real business value
- You have multi-tasking down to a science; handling multiple accounts and assignments simultaneously
- You have an interest in new software and cutting edge programs in the larger events landscape
- You have a commitment to exceed goals that is internal, constant, and self imposed

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$20 – $30/hour
