Job Description
- Organize the team’s task flow and monitor execution of all strategic deliverables across brand teams, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
- Serve as the primary contact point to communicate needs, identify bottlenecks, and drive solution-oriented processes, ensuring clarity around objectives
- Assist in creating SOPs for all Amazon account operational/maintenance processes and SOPs detailing strategic levels for Amazon growth
- Coordinate with Brand Managers, Creative, Marketing, and Brand Ops teams to ensure that projects are effectively prioritized and meeting the defined timeline
- Maintain detailed records of meeting minutes and create action items and follow-ups in Asana from meetings with internal and external partners
- Other duties as assigned
The annual salary range for this position is $58,500-$80,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- You are extremely organized, and able to take thorough notes in complex meetings
- You have high attention to detail
- Experience working across cross functional teams, managing deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Bonus if experienced in working within e-commerce industry and familiar with key business terms.
