Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2) to join our 777 VSI Production Health and Analytics team in Everett, Washington!
The Supply Chain Analyst work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned. This position in Fulfillment will support both factory and supply chain priorities as well.
Position Responsibilities:
- Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
- Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.
- Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.
- Coordinates part number attributes.
- Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.
- Releases and maintains orders.
- Documents and resolves order delinquencies.
- Reports schedule adherence issues.
- Applies developed solutions to inventory plans.
- Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories.
- Creates schedules for products and services.
- Coordinates and supports process improvements.
- Works under general supervision.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
- 1+ years of experience with using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis
- Experience with SQL and Advanced Excel (Solver, Pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $66,300 – $89,700
