Associate Technical Support Analyst

Care Synergy has an immediate opening for an Associate Technical Support Analyst.

Location: Denver, CO

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5

Pay Range: $20.43 – $25.43 (hourly)

Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Overtime

Mileage and Expense Reimbursement: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:

The Associate Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support across our affiliates. This person will have exceptional client services skills, be a resourceful and effective problem solver, and have an interest in being part of a growing IT team. Tasks may include build/rebuilding computers for distribution, troubleshooting user access issues, software questions, hardware issues, replace/install hardware, and administrative tasks such as adding/deleting users from network & voice systems. Telephony support includes setting up new extensions, moving extensions and troubleshooting phone issues. When appropriate, contact vendors for support. Activate and distribute cell phones and other individual equipment. Train new users on how to use laptops and tablets, downloading after hour’s reports, encrypting files, etc. Management of this equipment consists of assisting with or performing operating system and software upgrades and making necessary adjustments to improve system performance.

  • Provisions laptops, tablets, and iPhones for new hires.
  • Provides end user training (one on one, and occasionally in small groups).
  • Oversees the inventory of IT equipment and assets, ensuring accurate counts of all equipment.
  • Provides support to end users through direct communication or remote software to resolve urgent or priority requests; this involves identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through next steps.
  • Uses ticketing software to track all support issues.
  • Escalates unresolved/challenging issues to senior level support and/or vendors and contractors in a timely manner.
  • Assists with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including leading training, laptop deployment and sharing IT documents.
  • Maintains policy and procedure documentation.
  • Utilizes strong problem-solving skills to solve complex technical problems alongside the IT team.
  • Maintains on-call after hours ranging from every other week to one week per month as need arises.
  • Assists in all agency activities from an IT perspective.
  • Performs other IT related duties as directed and assigned by Technical Support Manager, Information Technology.

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma. Related Associates degrees and/or certificates
  • Minimum Experience: Entry level position that requires demonstratable skill and interest in IT support
  • Required License: None
