Job Description

CRDF Global is seeking a development professional for an anticipated cooperative agreement, experienced in leading program implementation in the Caribbean. The Chief of Party will be part of CRDF Global’s Food Security team and will lead country implementation of a multi-year program. The Chief of Party will be responsible for achieving program objectives and goals.
Major Responsibilities:
- Program leadership, management, administration, and technical direction
- Primary authority for all decision-making to ensure all activities, staff, and partners achieve targeted results and meet reporting requirements
- Serve as a key liaison and coordinator with donor, stakeholders, and partners
- Compliance with CRDF Global and funding agency policy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience leading program implementation as a program director, country director, or Chief of Party.
- Experience with bilateral donors.
- Experience working in the Caribbean preferred
- Experience in economic development, agriculture trade, agriculture production, or climate change mitigation programs.
*Salary & Benefits: The base pay range for this position is $124,000 to $155,000. The determination of salaries in this job classification depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant candidate experience, job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills.
