BMD Training Specialist Combat System Coordinator (CSC) SME

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE EXPERIENCE IN:
- Ballistic missile threats (North Korea, Iran, Syria, China, Russia and India) and developing missiles order of battle for countries of interest Experience with Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) concepts and development of comprehensive intelligence scenario products for BMD training.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Ballistic missile threats (North Korea, Iran, Syria, China, Russia and India) and developing missiles order of battle for countries of interest Experience with Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) concepts and development of comprehensive intelligence scenario products for BMD training.
- BMD Tactics, Technical Systems, and Instructions, including COMNAVSURFORINST 8820.2 series requirements and Tactical memorandums
- The AEGIS Combat Systems; its components and instructions
- BMD Command and Control issues, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS:
- BS or BA Degree
- SECRET Clearance
- Must have 2 years surface navy experience as a Qualified Combat Systems Coordinator (CSC) on an Aegis BMD or equivalent platform.
- 2 years as an instructor/trainer or operational experience on a BMD configured Aegis ship or BMD command/agency Participated in the completion of a BMD deployment certification or similar training as a CSC.

The likely salary range for this position is $56,177 – $84,264, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
