Job Summary
Under close supervision of the Associate Athletic Director of Facilities and Operations, assists in building maintenance and event services at the UCDH Stadium. Assist units providing direct facility support including operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, building structures, electrical systems and custodial services units. Assist the facilities and operations group with overseeing procedures to open, operate and close UCDH Stadium on a daily basis. Work with the Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) Event Staff to coordinate events at UCDH Stadium and provide support at the Field Hockey Field, Dobbins Baseball Complex, Aggie Soccer Field, La Rue Softball Field, Toomey Track and the Pavilion.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Customer service experience.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) :
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Recent Graduate of UC Davis.
- Experience with scoreboard controllers and game clocks.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or Microsoft Publisher.
