STV is a nationally recognized leader for delivering value and excellence in construction management, engineering, architecture, planning and environmental services, is seeking a Project Managerwith planning and construction experience in an active setting in the Philadelphia Metro area.
Seeking motivated high performing Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience with progressive experience delivering projects in the healthcare sector in the Philadelphia metro area. Must have demonstrated experience working in an occupied healthcare facility. Must be familiar with various project delivery methods and have worked on multiple prime construction projects. Candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an occupied healthcare facility and strong understanding of ICRA, PCRA and ILSM protocols. Must be capable of working in an established team environment and able to manage projects from conception to close out with experience in each facet of project management. Will be responsible for daily reporting, project set-up, project meeting facilitation, meeting minutes, schedule review, budget monitoring, construction progress monitoring, bid reviews/reconciliation, and other task as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of engineering design, construction estimating, facility operation, project budgeting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively, utilizing limited resources to achieve complex
- Expert knowledge of the principles, methods and tools for developing, scheduling, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring costs, work and contractor
- Extensive experience in managing and influencing diverse work groups and project
- Demonstrated customer service, decision-making, problem solving, negotiations and interpersonal.
- Demonstrated knowledge of capital planning and assessment, cost-benefit analysis, planning and evaluation, and risk management
- Proven skills at effective communication both at the interpersonal and group
- Proven ability to work effectively within groups and to complete assigned tasks
