This administrative position provides support to the Athletics department staff, students and student athletes. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this position also works closely with other departments within Enrollment Management and Student Success which requires the incumbent to have a high level of confidentiality and efficiency. Along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, it is emperiative that this position maintain superb customer services skills in order to effectively interact with students, parents, faculty, staff and community constituents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High-school diploma or equivalent. Related office experience including administrative duties.
- Experience working in an office setting and working with a diverse population.
- Must be willing to work evenings and/or weekends as needed with some overnight travel as requested.
Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint etc.).
- Familiar with office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers.
