Typical Day in the Life
As an Automation Solutions Developer you will design and implement Integration and RPA (robotic processing automation) processes using code within industry leading platforms. Understand business objectives needed to create functional automations for end-users. Performs updates and maintenance, completes documentation, and resolves problems related to automation processes.
Essential Position Responsibilities
- Designs and implements code using standard development best practices
- Designs and implements RPA (robotic processing automation) and Integration code within industry leading enterprise platforms (UiPath, Workato, Microsoft Power Platform)
- Meets with project sponsors & interprets conceptual ideas to derive technical requirements for application design and development
- Works with project team to review requirements and identify system functionality
- Performs updates and maintenance on related automations
- Performs system maintenance on internal automations
- Works effectively as an individual, as well as within a team structure, to deliver results
- Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects
- Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-2 years writing code (employed or otherwise – passion projects etc.)
- Experience working in RPA and/or Integration platforms (UiPath, Workato, PowerAutomate, etc.) preferred
- Experience with web technologies, HTML, and SQL required; experience developing in C#, JavaScript and XML preferred
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Windows Server products and office applications preferred.

- Willingness to learn from the team around you to continue to develop your skill-set as a developer
- Self-motivated and interested in working on real projects and implementations, with real results and responsibilities
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
Benefits and Compensation
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000
