Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Real Estate Services Tech 1, we’ll count on you to:
- Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as required by the assignment.
- Maintain data and communication flow, supported by strong editorial and verbal skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Utilize industry experience such as paralegal, mortgage or real estate background.
- Train in job-appropriate aspects of right-of-way industry.
- Perform property research, order title, and support Project Managers and RES Agents with document preparation and administrative support as needed.
- Maintain tracking and parcel status database and client reports.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
- Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Suite product experience
- GIS and database familiarity a plus
- General background-related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19. This position requires onsite client visits, or, this position will be co-located at the client site. The client requires all contractors/consultants/vendors who work or visit the site be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with The Uniform Relocation Act and federally funded projects.

The expected compensation range for this position is $20.67 – $29.52 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
