Marketing Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Team at Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking to hire a Marketing Project Manager. The ideal candidate in this role will guide projects from discovery to delivery, building timelines, monitoring progress, leading communications with the appropriate resources, and delivering work on time, with 100% accuracy. This person will report to the Senior Design Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take full ownership of executing the projects, from inception to delivery.
  • Manage, guide, and advise within an agile environment.
  • Administrate project management tools.
  • Guide project briefs with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables.
  • Manage the project timeline, resources, vendor relationships, and budgets.
  • Ensure projects are appropriately scoped, internal and external resources are allocated and managed, and deadlines are met.
  • Implement effective remote production workflows that engage and provide for high-quality work.
  • Ensure team adheres to the latest processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee presentation of final media and collaborate to ensure distribution is successful.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • The ideal candidate must have 3 or more years of project management experience. Must have creative marketing agency, in-house creative project management, or brand marketing experience with agency management.
  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in using standard project management tools.
  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience managing outside vendors.
  • Must have superior organizational skills with a proven track record of leading and documenting project meetings and conducting stakeholder interviews to craft briefs.
  • Must have strong strategic thinking abilities with an emphasis in the development of a plan and the ability to ensure implementation.
  • Must have excellent listening and negotiation skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range is $65,000 to $105,000, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This role is based out of the Milliman Seattle office, but candidates can work remotely anywhere in the US.
