Summary
Provides general assistance to wherever it may be needed in the production area while maintaining the safety of themselves and anyone around them.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Sets vehicles in the yard
- Welds stands
- Maintains cleanliness of the facility through sweeping designated areas, emptying and sorting of core bins, bottling of anti-freeze and washer fluid, processing of aluminum, copper, brass and other precious metals, packaging and weighing of core batteries, and removal of Freon from scrap refrigeration units
- Operates of forklift and small equipment
- Responds to customer requests
What you need to succeed at Fenix Parts, Inc.:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with forklift and small equipment operation a plus
- Willingness to learn new things
