Reporting Relationships:

Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Chubb North America Financial Lines, Cyber and Property.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Execute strategic plans to support the businesses in achieving the goals of attracting, retaining, and growing a profitable business.

Manage the development, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel, integrated marketing and communication plans aligned with business growth objectives. Including writing, editing, and, managing digital marketing collateral and campaign material
• Represent the interests of the businesses in managing marketing campaigns with a mix of centralized resources, such as media/public relations, advertising, internal communications, events, digital marketing, and executive communications.

  • Establish an in-depth and ongoing understanding of Chubb’s cyber products and services, including differentiators, competitive positioning, and the brand’s value proposition.
  • Analyze and gain insight into the relevant audiences (buyers, influencers, and intermediaries) and their actionable sub-segments, motivating factors, conversion triggers, etc. and provide optimization recommendations to improve campaign results
  • Extend marketing to the branch and field offices through a cohesive internal and executive communications strategy.
  • Regularly report on business outcomes including leads, submission activity, agent referrals, appointments, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate the business’s thought leadership and content partnership programs.
  • Integrate the business-specific and national events strategy.
  • Partner with legal, regulatory, and compliance to ensure adherence and marketing collateral clearance.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Work with business partners to create strategic digital marketing campaign material that drives business outcomes and brings work from concept to delivery and tactical execution.
  • Digital marketing specialist with experience executing online marketing strategies.
  • Provide digital and email marketing support to the Financial Lines and Cyber team, including email list management, email template d esign, and execution for direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for Social Media activities for the business including Facebook, Twitter & Instagram), including daily monitoring, posting, content development, advertising, contests & promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing & public relations to establish standards for measuring and benchmarking the effectiveness of social media practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal resources and external agencies to develop an engaged customer base across the relevant social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement ground-breaking and leading strategies for building the overall social media presence, and audience, across all relevant platforms.
  • Exceed KPI targets across all digital email and social media channels.
  • Must be capable of drafting, proofreading, and editing emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Partner with Global Digital Services to ensure the proper execution and updates to Chubb.com, and properly manage process adherence guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in a senior corporate marketing, distribution marketing, and/or communications role.
  • Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience preferred.
  • Creative flair for copywriting, editing, and design basics.
  • Proven experience in leveraging marketing tactics to drive business results.
  • Must have demonstrated proficiency with email platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience managing complex, multifaceted, and multilayered projects.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships in a complex, multi-divisional, geographically dispersed business organization.
  • Proven ability to appropriately advise and interact with senior-level corporate executives.
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results oriented, accountable.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and hands-on leader.
  • Strong ability to grasp complex issues facing the company quickly and understand the nature of the business and the competition.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.

The pay range for the role is $102,000 to $168,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
