AVP Global Loans Training Partner – Hybrid

Job Description

The Global Loans Operations team within the ICG organization is looking to expand and formalize its existing training framework including establishing virtual sessions, developing recorded training sessions, and deploying a train-the trainer structure. The role will ensure that there is a consistent global training program built, deployed and modified over time as processes, procedures, and tools change. A controlled framework will be built to ensure any changes to the training program go through a proper review and approval process that is scalable and auditable.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business partners and stakeholders to identify learning objectives based on target audience and create appropriate courseware.
  • Design training curricula and materials, selecting the most effective training methodology to meet the desired objectives.
  • Drive learning and development best practice improvement projects that assist the business in meeting operations and service targets.
  • Streamline, consolidate and standardise learning and development processes where possible.
  • Create instructor-led materials, web-based training and tools to provide complete training offering required for managers, checkers and other specialised roles.
  • Introduce learning interventions that assist in retaining key talent and building a pipeline of talent.
  • Identify and close gaps in procedures and existing training with continuous improvement over time.
  • Ensure that staff is equipped with the requisite skills and knowledge to perform to operational management standards.
  • Ensure all learning events are tracked via our Learning Management System (LMS) and generate meaningful and user-friendly reports and metrics.

Qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in training design & development, and delivery (preferably in a Loan Operations function).
  • Experience with Loan IQ end to end training/processing a positive.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills and ability to absorb feedback and translate to solutions
  • Disposition to solving problems and doing so with high level of resiliency
  • Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s/University degree preferred,
