Job Summary
Responsible for the development of marketing materials for member and provider communications, copywriting for video scripts and advertising, writing and editing corporate materials, including the ESG report and other communications for the Office of the CEO. Creates campaigns for health promotion, quality incentives, and growth marketing. Utilizes public relations tactics to enhance earned media opportunities to support the Molina Cares Accord and the Social Determinants of Health Innovation Center.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Lead, develop and implement integrated positioning strategies to ensure maximum brand exposure for the Company. Responsible for overall marketing and communications strategies for the Company including the development, execution and monitoring of short and long-term strategic programs and initiatives that boost brand image among key stakeholders, including-but not limited to-existing and potential members, providers, regulators, legislators and employees.
  • Develop corporate brand campaigns to elevate the brand within markets and nationally.
  • Identify strategies and develop market-specific campaigns to build awareness and increase preference as well as oversee and execute the campaign elements and tactics. This includes all forms of marketing – advertising, collateral, direct, co-marketing, strategic partnerships, signage, event support, digital, public relations, etc.
  • Consult with state health plans and corporate leadership to interpret business objectives and create marketing programs as needed and communicate across departments to execute the programs to ensure success. Track and report results.
  • Utilize market research efforts for the company including interpreting the research needs, recommending appropriate methods, work with outside partners to inform strategy for communications and campaigns.
  • Establish overall marketing budgets, track, measure and ensure that each marketing campaign delivers a return on investment.
  • Manage external marketing partners and subcontractors.
  • Lead and manage all team functions. Ensure positive employee engagement results and financial responsibility.

Job Qualifications

Required Education
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
Required Experience
7-9 years leadership experience in marketing related field required. Health plan, public relations and government relations experience preferred.
Preferred Education
Graduate Degree
Preferred Experience
10+ years; Spanish language a plus

Salary:
Pay Range: $122,430 – $238,739 a year*
