About this Role:

Chubb’s digital marketing team is an inspiring digital first team dedicated to driving digital channel strategy, executing, and optimizing campaigns. The focus is to partner with marketing and communication team members to fuel revenue growth using marketing technology, user experience, data, and analytics.

This highly collaborative role will be responsible for partnering with the North American marketing team to design user experience journeys as well as website, email, social and paid media user centric designs. Leverage the brand and internal and external teams to create a branded digital experience that maximizes the experience around digital channels like Chubb.com, email, paid media, our digital channels, etc. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge, is empathetic, has implemented design thinking and able to solve complex design journey challenges in both B2C but also B2B and B2B2C environments.

By consulting with marketing and business subject matter experts, this team member will do hands on design work to create amazing visually, create exciting digital creative work and seamless digital experiences that is reflective of our best-in-class global brand. We will look at this design leader to make design improvements to our existing design library to address design gaps that our clients and broker needs.

This role will report to the VP of North America Digital Marketing and be a critical partner to developing the long-term Agent and client marketing journey, website and email design strategy and roadmap. Have a thorough understanding and practice of the different phases of user research and design processes – from user research, persona, journey design, creative concepts, and low/high fidelity prototypes.

Ensuring our digital channels visual and user experience is up to date, best in class as well as well-maintained and governed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact, and responsible for the deliveries of any digital design projects across the N. American marketing/communication teams.
  • Responsible for deliveries across many concurrent active projects, being able to provide status and transparency to partners
  • Deliver designs that create seamless experience, being able to deliver wireframes, low/high fidelity visuals, ideate, lead workshops, and collaborate design sessions
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering teams, influence product owners, business sponsors, strategist, and 3 rd party design companies
  • Understand the lead generation, and customer life cycle journey of both B2B and B2C and B2B2C models
  • Leverage business intelligence to inform purpose-driven content strategies – mapping content opportunities and needs across platforms, channels, and the full-funnel customer journey.
  • Create next generation user design and interfaces, applying expertise from information, interaction, and data visualization design to develop compelling experience for our digital channels.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of marketing technologies like Google Analytics, Medallia, Adobe experience manager and Salesforce marketing cloud

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • Digital design strategy & execution: demonstrate experience and success in creating and driving business and customer strategy through well designed marketing campaign and experiences
  • Demonstrate years of experience with Adobe creative cloud, Figma or Sketch
  • Be able to design and lead UX workshops such as landscape mapping, user journey designs and design thinking.
  • Create personalized customer experience journey mapping that solves user needs and drives to business outcomes
  • Create multiple design creative to do A/B and personalization testing
  • Run creative review, be able to solicit creative feedback from the business
  • Create SLAs and be able to scale design execution
  • Be able to present to senior leader’s – marketing UX design concepts based on data, user needs and business requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in digital, demand-based marketing in a B2B and B2C vertical, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • 7+ years’ experience in user design, digital design or user experience
  • Demonstrates a love of learning, user empathy, a passion for driving change and a desire to change paradigms

The pay range for the role is $102,000 to $168,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
