HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Analysts in Management work closely with senior management, distribution channels and other areas across the Firm:
Principal Responsibilities Include:
- Own financial reporting by building financial models and applying qualitative assessments to complete in-depth analyses on different facets of the business
- Develop and maintain business / market analytics and sales metrics for divisional and business managers with a clear focus on accuracy and consistency of data
- Work closely with regional management teams on various business metrics and initiatives (e.g., annual sales budgeting process, P&L, non-compensation expenses, regional focus initiatives, etc.)
- Coordinate global initiatives related to reporting, client engagement, technology, business development and talent
- Manage multiple projects, including weekly business summaries, global budget tracking / management, and completing ad-hoc requests from senior management, etc.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background required
- Minimum of two years’ work experience in financial services preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with a wide user group in different regions of the world
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and confident when dealing with people from all areas of the firm
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build trust and confidence of colleagues, strengthen relationships through ongoing dialog and interactions, and collaborate well with others
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $90000-$125000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
