Job Title: Azure Data Architect (Remote)
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with extensive hands-on experience in DataBricks and Streaming Architecture.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in designing, developing and implementing complex data solutions for large scale projects. The candidate should also have expertise in data modeling, data integration, and data management techniques.
Role/Responsibilities:
§ Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions using DataBricks and Streaming Architecture.
§ Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts and other stakeholders to identify and analyze data requirements, business rules, and data flows.
§ Design and implement data models, data integrations, and data management solutions that meet business requirements.
§ Develop data pipelines, streaming data architectures, and data ingestion strategies to handle large volumes of data in real-time.
§ Create and maintain technical documentation and data models to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.
§ Work closely with the development team to ensure data solutions are integrated with existing applications and systems.
§ Participate in the review and evaluation of new data technologies and products to ensure they meet organizational needs.
Required Qualifications:
§ 18 to 22 years of experience
§ Senior Architect with Azure Databricks knowledge handling a solution driven team for Migration projects
§ Principal Architect Bachelor of Technology or equivalent.
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 – $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
