Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Bank Analytics Product, Director to join our Strategic Consulting team. This position is expected to report to our Raleigh office on a hybrid schedule.

Job Summary:
The Bank Analytics Product Director is responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-quality analytics solutions for banking clients. The primary objective for this role will be to ensure the successful development, delivery, and utilization of data analytics to improve decision making processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation within the banking industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analytics Product Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives and tailored to meet the specific needs of the banking industry.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in banking analytics and integrate them into the strategy to stay at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including other product owners, data science and sales to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
- Requirements Development
- Perform market research to identify potential features to develop.
- Prioritizing features based on their potential impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with objectives.
- Defining user stories for prioritized features to explain desired functionality from an end user’s point of view.
- Sales Support
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the banking sector and share knowledge and insights with team, internal stakeholders, and clients.
- Participate in relevant industry conferences to stay current and network with other providers and clients in the banking analytics industry.
- Educate internal teams on bank analytics and prepare customer facing sales and support teams to effectively sell and manage bank analytics products.
- Project Oversight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless execution and integration of analytics projects.
- Monitor program progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience in banking with strong knowledge of banking operations, processes, and regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of technology product management experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, data science, or computer science.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a client facing role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability with a keen understanding of how analytics can drive business value in the banking industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $186,000.
