We are looking for a Banquet/Restaurant Service Manager to ensure all daily activities and banquets run smoothly and efficiently. The banquet manager will help assist with event planning, preparation, event service, and clean-up. To be a successful banquet/service manager, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills. You should be professional, polite to guests, and an efficient leader. 30% of your time will be focused on events, and 70% of the time will be spent supporting the restaurant.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention, and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
• Event coordination
• Manage communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
• Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus and service
Requirements
• Work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Familiarities with restaurant management software
