Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Specifications:
- Outlet: Beaver Creek Club
- Starting Wage: $20.00 – $22.76 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time
- Skill Level: Entry Level
The Beaver Creek Club Concierge Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct all open and close procedures.
- Answer all member inquiries (via email, phone and in person) pertaining to BCC events and other local information and enforce club policies in accordance with the Membership Plan
- Restock the coffee bar in the BCC Great Room when necessary and clean it accordingly
- Monitor and make sure that members that bring guests in are signed in
- Book reservations for BCC activities and events on the club website and lunch reservations for Beano’s, Allies, Zach’s and Game Creek Club by using OpenTable
- Organize and book Beano’s Cabin Snowcat Transportation Reservations and daily operations
- Maintain a professional yet approachable representation with the club members and must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Issue Club Member Ski Passes/Club I.D.’s and update member data using Guest Connect
- Sell and issue EPIC Passes and lift tickets to members, family and their guests
- Assist Club Management with other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working directly with high profile, sophisticated guests.
- Effective, knowledgeable, communication skills must be at a high level
- Professional writing skill for email communication
- Word processing skills in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
- General working knowledge of the Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts- preferred
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Some knowledge of ALICE, Clubhouse online, and Guest Connect Systems- preferred
The expected pay range is $20.00 – $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
