Enterprise Holdings is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a part time Lot Attendant. This position pays $15 / hour and is located at our Car Sales location: 3011 Admiral Wilson Blvd Pennsauken, NJ 08109.

  • Friday 9:40am-7pm

The lot attendant is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport and/or rental. Perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Wash, clean and dry vehicle exterior – this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
  • Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
  • Fuel and stage vehicle while keeping parking lot and inventory organized with safety, efficiency and security in mind
  • Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
  • Detecting damage on incoming vehicles.
  • Operate all vehicles in a safe manner.
  • Notify Manager of any vehicle problems.
  • Some minor computer entry to tag vehicles as checked in.
  • Inventory tracking and reconciliation
  • Interaction and coordination with management, transport drivers and the driver employees.
  • Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles.
  • Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
  • Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

  • Limited to light physical effort is required including the handling of average-weight objects (up to 10 pounds).
  • Generally requires a great deal of standing for long periods of time, walking and bending.
  • Requires the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Requires some flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes to the above listed location within 30 days of anticipated start date.
