Where would you be working? 5 Star Hotels, Luxury Casinos, Leading Healthcare Providers, and Fine Dining Restaurants. Location: The Wigwam 300 E Wigwam Blvd, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340
Pay: $14-20 an hour (pay includes tips)
Position: Lead Bellman/Golf Cart Driver
Shift: Full Time, open availability 7 days a week
We are needing:
As a Lead Bellman, you will manage the location operations and supervision of the Bellman / Golfcart Staff. The ideal candidate would have 1+ years of valet manager experience.
We are looking for someone reliable, well-groomed, and highly personable, with great customer service experience, safe driving skills, and the ability to handle any obstacle thrown in their direction. This individual will oversee a new Bellman/ Golfcart staff.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise management team regarding account operations, employee relations, company policies.
- Be present and working on the drive during peak business periods and events.
- Respond to and resolve any guest or visitor complaints, vehicle claims, and service discrepancies.
- Submit complete and accurate reconciliation reports and all data required to assure proper billing and revenue accountability.
- Conduct random audits to ensure consistency in performance standards and revenue controls.
- Oversee the training, coaching/counseling processes to ensure that performance standards are met or exceeded.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of company time and attendance policies and payroll processes.
- Conduct daily shift briefings, weekly manager/supervisory meetings, weekly OPS meetings with the Client, and monthly staff meetings to ensure a consistent and effective flow of information.
- Monitor supplies and equipment on each shift to ensure that employees have the necessary resources to successfully perform job requirements.
- Ensure that the front drive and all parking areas, structures, and equipment are clean, in good appearance.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years Valet experience required
- Minimum of 1 years Management experience preferred
- Previous Casino/Hotel customer service experience preferred
- For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Pass DMV Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background Check.
- Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles.
- Above-average physical fitness.
- Able to demonstrate positive, courteous, and professional behavior at all times
- Professional appearance – no facial piercings, visible tattoos, must follow grooming policies.
- Able to work a flexible schedule; a minimum of 40 hours a week, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Able to work well independently or on a team with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
