An Addison Group client is looking for a Benefits Administrator to support their team on a contract to hire basis!
Job Responsibilities:
Distribute and facilitate benefits for employees. Provide support to HR and benefits teams on an ad hoc basis. Serve as main point of contact regarding benefits, answering questions. Review benefit invoices to confirm that billing is accurate and corresponding with vendors to resolve any issues. Coordinate benefits administration utilizing iSolvedhcm. Update and maintain processes.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in benefits Associate’s degree Experience with Microsoft Office
