As the Benefits Specialist, Health & Welfare, Wellness, you are responsible for benefit plan administration with respect to pension, health and life insurance coverage, income continuance/disability/FMLA. Your primary duties include assisting employees on benefits queries and working with numerous benefits vendors to ensure that all benefits are properly administered with respect to coverage, claims procedures, plan documentation, contractual obligations, etc.
Plan administration includes operational execution and legislative compliance of health and retirement plans. This position will also be responsible for performing data analytics that include employee census of current plan option participation and enrollment elections.
You will act as the main point of contact for associate benefits questions, and coverage change approval following life events. You are responsible for creation of annual Wellness calendar, detailing associate wellness programs and activities. You will manage the Wellness Incentive program. As the Specialist, you administer Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Family and Medical leaves, and ADA Accommodations in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations and Workers Compensation.
The Benefits Specialist oversees the relationship with Premise Virtual Health Center and wellness providers. You will create and disseminate all wellness and benefit plan communications to associates.

The pay range for this role is $65,070 – $87,642.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Benefits or Finance
