Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Scheduler

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule customers using established dispatching software
  • Dispatching plumbing related work orders based on urgency
  • Routing calls to employees
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Invoice customers
  • Light A/R & A/P
  • Data Entry

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • MUST have a minimum of 3 + years of administrative experience; dispatching in a construction environment/service industry a PLUS
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 PM and alternating Saturdays
  • Proficient in utilizing modern technology
  • Strong attention to details-is a MUST
  • High-level organization skills – is a MUST
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient typing skills-minimum of 30 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS

Hourly rate – depends on experience
